Cedarstone is a Certified Virtuous Solutions Partner and has served over 125 Virtuous clients with Virtuous onboarding/implementation, training, best practices, donation processing, donor database administration, donor care and donor receipting, as well as providing accounting and financial back-office services.  We thoroughly understand the operational life cycle of each donation - from gift entry to monthly financials to board reporting and every step in-between for the clients we serve. We provide a suite of integrated nonprofit back-office services including donation & development operations services, accounting services, finance/advisory services, data analytics services and organizational strategy services.We know firsthand how much more effective nonprofit leaders can be in advancing their mission when someone comes alongside to take on the burden of the back-office operations for their organization. With over 250 clients worldwide, ranging from small local initiatives to large international nonprofits, we are dedicated to building deep relationships and fostering trust with our clients.

- **Virtuous Implementation** — Our Virtuous implementation teams include data migration experts, business process consultants and trainers who work together with your team in implementing Virtuous for your organization.  We strive to provide a white glove level experience as you move away from your legacy CRM and go live with Virtuous.
- **Donation Processing** — Our team of donation specialists are experts at gift entry into Virtuous, recording revenue from Virtuous into your accounting system, reconciling Virtuous with your accounting system and the timely receipting of gifts to your donors.  At year-end, our team ensures your donors receive year-end statements of their donations whether by direct mail or by email.  
- **Business Process Consulting** — Our non-profit business operations consultants help you map, configure and implement your business processes in Virtuous as well as identify opportunities to automate manual aspects of your business processes to save your staff time to focus on higher value work.
- **Data Analytics** — Our data analysts come alongside to help define and implement your reporting and analysis needs.  We are experts in using and applying Virtuous Queries, Virtuous Reports, Virtuous Analytics, and the Virtuous API to help you and your team make better decisions and discover more insights within your Virtuous data.
