Mailchimp is an email marketing platform that allows users to create, send, and track email campaigns, as well as manage subscriber lists and automate marketing workflows.

The Virtuous Mailchimp sync connects Tags in Virtuous with Lists (Audiences) in Mailchimp, enabling two-way data syncing. When a contact is added to a Mailchimp list, the corresponding Virtuous record is automatically tagged, and new contacts can be created in Virtuous if needed. Tagging a contact in Virtuous adds them to the Mailchimp audience, while removing a tag archives/unsubscribes them in Mailchimp. This integration keeps your email lists up-to-date and aligned across both platforms.
