Intulse’s integration with Virtuous CRM seamlessly connects your phone system to your CRM, empowering your team to work smarter, not harder. Every screen in the Intulse App that displays a phone number will automatically search the caller ID within Virtuous CRM, returning matching a donor’s contact information or organization records instantly.When a call comes in, instead of just the Caller ID, you’ll see the caller’s name as it appears in Virtuous CRM. Clicking the name allows you to open their account in Virtuous CRM right from the Intulse App. Quickly add call notes to a contact’s activity, complete with essential details like call start time, duration, direction (inbound/outbound), and even a link to the recording if enabled. You can also initiate calls to Virtuous CRM contacts directly from the Intulse App by searching for their name on the “My Phone” screen.
