When a call comes in, instead of just the Caller ID, you’ll see the caller’s name as it appears in Virtuous CRM. Clicking the name allows you to open their account in Virtuous CRM right from the Intulse App. Quickly add call notes to a contact’s activity, complete with essential details like call start time, duration, direction (inbound/outbound), and even a link to the recording if enabled. You can also initiate calls to Virtuous CRM contacts directly from the Intulse App by searching for their name on the “My Phone” screen.
